Terms and conditions


Please read all these terms and conditions. They apply to both the website portal where sellers register as well as on the Redcenturion where buyers and sellers interact.


As we can accept your registration and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.




  1. These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (the Customer or you) as a “BUYER”, from the SELLERS registered on the website www.redcenturion.com.

  2. “BUYER” is any user registering on the mobile app downloaded on either an iOS device or an Android device.

  3. “SELLER” is any user registering on the web portal and interacting with BUYERS on the mobile application;

  4. We are RED CENTURION LTD whose trading name is REDCENTURION a company registered in England and Wales under number 09077963 whose registered office is at 34 Hodder Drive, Perivale,, Greenford, Middlesex, , UB6 8LL and whose trading address is Unit 14 The Westbourne Studios, 242 Acklam Road, W10 5JJ with email address questions@redcenturion.com; (the Supplier or us or we).

  5. Before registering on the Website as a SELLER, or on the mobile application as a buyer/customer, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked 'I Accept'. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your registration. You can only purchase the Services and Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

  6. Red Centurion Ltd and the website www.redcenturion.com are intended to be responsible only for the functioning of the web and mobile platform on which the security services are traded among sellers and buyers.

  7. Red Centurion Ltd is not responsible for neither the sellers services offered on this website, nor for the buyers of the security services offered by the sellers registered on www.redcenturion.com.

  8. Any buyer registering on the mobile application “Redcenturion” is ultimately responsible for:


  1. verifying the status and the licenses of the Sellers registered on the www.redcenturion.com;

  2. specifying in details all requirements;

  3. expressing any complaint directly to the seller and not to Red Centurion Ltd or “Redcenturion”;

  4. Paying on time and upon request for all services, plus the handling fee of 5% to Red Centurion Ltd.


  1. Any seller registering on this website is ultimately responsible for:


  1. The legal implication of offering security services for which it is compulsory to have a license in any of the country in which the seller wants to operate;

  2. Uploading a document containing the terms and conditions of the services offered and with a scan copy of all trading licenses required to perform security services;

  3. The provision of the services advertised, at the price agreed, in the times and framework agreed, with the specifications agreed with the buyer;


(iii) any refund to the buyers when and if requested.




  1. Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession, either as a buyer or as a seller;

  2. Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;

  3. Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  4. Durable Medium means paper or email, or any other medium that allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period that is long enough for the purposes of the information, and allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;

  5. Goods means any goods that any Seller may supply to you with the Services, of the number and description as set out in the Order;

  6. Order means the BUYERS's order for the Services from the SELLER as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;

  7. Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

  8. Services means the services advertised on the Website by the Sellers;

  9. Website means our website www.redcenturion.com on which the Services are advertised.




  1. The description of the Services is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only.

  2. In the case of Services made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

  3. All Services that appear on the Website are subject to availability.

  4. Sellers can make changes to the Services, which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

  5. The only service provided by Red Centurion Ltd is the handling of the web portal and the maintenance to make sure that there is interaction between Buyers and Sellers, and for this reason any Buyer purchase is subject to 5% handling fee to be paid on top of any price agreed with any seller on the mobile application.


BUYERS responsibilities


  1. You must co-operate with the SELLERS in all matters relating to the Services, provide the Sellers with all information required to perform the Services and obtain any necessary licences and consents (unless otherwise agreed).

  2. It is the responsibility of all users of this website to verify the information presented by the sellers and by the buyers, Red Centurion Ltd declines any responsibility for false declarations made by either sellers or buyers interacting on this web platform.

  3. Any seller registering on this website must display at all times the full list of licences required for the performance of security services (if and when required by the laws of the countries in which it wants to offer such services).

  4. Failure to comply with the above is a Customer default that entitles us to suspend performance of the Services until you remedy it or if you fail to remedy it following our request, we can terminate the Contract with immediate effect on written notice to you.


Personal information and Registration


  1. When registering to use the Website you must set up a username and password. You remain responsible for all actions taken under the chosen username and password and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.

  2. We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.

  3. We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.


Basis of Sale


  1. Red Centurion Ltd or “Redcenturion” does not sell any service on this website; any sale is performed by the registered Sellers, whom are ultimately responsible for the delivery of the services agreed with the buyers;

  2. The description of the Services and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, SELLERS can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

  3. The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

  4. All SELLERS must produce their own terms and conditions for the supply of the advertised services.


Withdrawal returns and cancellation


  1. Any withdrawal, return or cancellation, or request for refunds, is a matter between Buyers and Sellers; Red Centurion cannot refund any of the fees paid in relation to an order, and the Sellers may refund the buyer in full, except the 5% handling fee charged by Red Centurion LTd for the maintenance of the Redcenturion portal or Redcenturion mobile application.


Duration, termination and suspension


  1. These Terms and Condtions apply indefinitely

  2. Red Centurion Ltd is entitled to close down the web portal or the mobile application “Redcenturion” at any time, without explanation, and without incurring into any damage due to Buyers or Sellers.

  3. Circumstances beyond the control of either party may affect the functioning of the web portal or the mobile application. In these cases, Red Centurion Ltd will work towards a quick response, guaranteeing that the services will return to norman within a period of 60 working days.


Excluding liability


  1. Red Centurion Ltd is not liable for any service advertised by any Seller on its website, and is not responsible for any injury, accident, death occurring in the course of the execution of the services offered in the web portal or the mobile application “Redcenturion”.


Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints


  1. The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

  2. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.

  3. We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints as follows: If a dispute occurs customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 180 days.
